Traveller’s Insurance

Ancient Oracle Tours requires that you have international emergency medical insurance in order to join our tour. Check your health insurance policy to see if it covers illnesses or accidents abroad, and what you need to do in the event something happens. We will ask you for this information before we depart. If you are not covered by medical insurance, you may be given the option of purchasing temporary insurance when you buy your air ticket or you can contact www.travelinsured.com. (with whom we have had excellent results in the past).

You may also want to purchase travellers insurance that will reimburse you for your plane ticket and tour fee in the event you must cancel the trip due to illness or family crisis, or you or your luggage are delayed. Again, www.travelinsured.com has several options.

The organizers and tour guides, their employees and assigns, shall not be responsible for any loss or injury suffered by participants, no matter how caused. Participants are strongly advised to take out insurance to cover such contingencies. A disclaimer, releasing the tour facilitators from responsibility for any unforeseen loss or injury will be sent to you upon registration and must be signed and returned.
